Julie Brown has been an invaluable part of the Kalamazoo Mortgage team since March 2016. Initially joining as our director of first impressions, she quickly transitioned into her current role as a loan partner, where she works alongside our loan officers, leadership team, and support staff to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every client. Julie is the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Julie’s approach to helping clients is grounded in compassion. She prides herself on listening carefully to each client’s needs and supporting them through the early stages of the loan process, providing clarity and peace of mind. Whether she’s answering questions or assisting loan officers with various tasks, Julie’s adaptability and willingness to take on any challenge make her an indispensable part of the team.
