Brad Wilson is the general manager at Kalamazoo Mortgage, bringing over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and banking industries. Since joining Kalamazoo Mortgage in January 2017, Brad has been a driving force behind the company’s operations, overseeing day-to-day functions and ensuring a seamless homebuying experience for both clients and team members.

Before making the switch to the mortgage industry, Brad had a successful career in banking, where he served as a VP branch manager at Chase Bank. His extensive background in finance, combined with his commitment to customer service, makes him uniquely qualified to help clients navigate the sometimes complex home loan process. A graduate of Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Brad is passionate about tailoring solutions to meet the individual needs of every client.

What Brad enjoys most about his role is seeing first-time homeowners achieve their dreams of homeownership. He believes strongly in the core value of “Trust, care for, and commit to each other,” and he brings this philosophy into every interaction. By listening closely to his clients, he can recommend the right mortgage products that best align with their goals.

Having been in the mortgage industry since 1997, Brad understands that no two clients are the same, and he is dedicated to debunking the myth that mortgage loans are one-size-fits-all. He works closely with clients to create customized solutions that align with their financial goals and long-term plans.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys traveling with his wife, Jen, and their two sons, Nolan and Landen. He’s an avid supporter of his kids’ sports activities, attending games whenever he can.
